My room was beautifully maintained and good-sized and bathroom was newly renovated. The bedding and beds were good. The staff was exceptionally friendly, providing an excellent service.

The staff - some of them were absolutely unfriendly.

Great spot near the parades, making it easy to catch all the action. the breakfast spread had a nice variety of treats to choose from 🥐.

Lots of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Reasonably spacious rooms provided with four beds as well as large desk.

The hotel facilities, including the beautiful swimming pool and garden, were perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with Pedro being particularly attentive and informative. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

Lovely staff & outside area

During my recent stay at Hotel Genova Centro, I was impressed by the lovely staff and the beautiful outside area. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The outside area, with its well-maintained gardens and pool, provided a peaceful oasis to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and enjoyable outdoor space.

The breakfast variety and pet-friendly policy were highlights. The chicken breast slice with mushroom sauce, fries, and salad for USD7.50 was tasty. Air conditioning worked well, and the WiFi made up for the lack of English channels. Great deal at USD25.00 a night.

I recently stayed at Hotel Genova Centro for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a charming old-world feel with spacious common areas and a lovely lobby. The pool area is well-designed and the bar attendants are attentive. The rooms have recently been renovated and are equipped with plenty of free electric outlets in convenient locations. The bathroom lighting is perfect for a nice shave. The split air conditioning runs silently, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location in Centro is ideal, and I will definitely be returning.

The hotel is conveniently located in the El Prado area, which is in the center of town. You can easily access all the Carnival events without any hassle. Furthermore, the hotel offers a beautiful pool and terrace where you can enjoy your meals and relax.

It appears tired and unfinished, with raw door frames and cheap roller blinds. The windows are also dirty, which affects the overall experience.

The staff were super helpful and attentive, the breakfast was good quality and had enough variety. The pool area is lovely, it’s definitely the best part about the hotel. The atmosphere was amazing and the hotel has a pretty design. The food was above average.
